Help - Need Informed Opinions on Mods
I recently bought an evo IX mr, and I'm getting mixed reviews with what I should use for gague clusters, turbo timers, and aftermarket parts like the Greddy TI exhaust, and carbon fiber boot and hood, as well as if I should go BBS or OZ.
So far I'm looking at getting an A-pillar gague cluster with blitz mirror gauges monitoring oil pressure, voltage, and a turbo monitor. I'm not planning on running a meth injector or any increased psi. I'm looking at the Greddy TI exhaust (based on what I've read here and on other aftermarket websites, but I don't really have any comparable exhaust systems. I was thinking about aftermarket carbon fiber from AAR , from what I've seen they are well worth the price. I'm planning on an APEX engine management system, but if I can get some feedback on better systems, that would be great.
If I can get any convincing reasons to buy a wheel made by anyone other than BBS, I'd love to shop around for them.
Any feedback I can get on this stuff would be great, I just am not confident enough in my knowledge about Mitsu's to really go out and buy things by myself (my friends don't know much more than I do about the ricer after market).
Thanks,
Wes
