I have driven both the Evo and STI in test drives. I like the handling better in the Evo, and that is why I bought it. It comes down to personal preference. I have a buddy that owns and modifies both an Evo and STI. He says that he thinks he likes the STI better. At first he liked the Evo better. It just comes down to what you like. Just remember that you can even change your mind like my buddy did about both his cars after driving them for a year or so.

suspension, clutch, brakes..... learn the car until its completely boring and i can do anything..... then start adding power...

I was full bolt on minus cams withing 2000 miles... so i had a 415whp car barely knowing how to launch it...

With 29k now i can say i finally can do everything and drive it very well and very hard properly..

LEARN THE CAR FIRST!

if you're thinking about getting a "stock" evo, you might want to consider coming to Ohio and picking up a BR330 or a BR350 evo.
