How to get out of a lease?

How can I get out of my lease on my 05 Cherokee n into an evo without paying through my nose. I have 1 yr. or so left so what do dealers usually do if your looking to get out and into another car?

Just take your car to a Mitsu Dealer and trade it. You don't have to wait for the end of your lease if you are gonna lease another one. Good luck!

or trade it in for like a really cheap car.....corolla etc....then save some cash and then trade in the cheap car and put some cash down on the evo as well

I would be very careful with lease contracts. Check every option you got before making a step forward. It's easy to trade the car in but what sucks is the money left over that might have to be paid to straight everything out. There could be penalties pending for such as: over mileage, car condition, premature contract ending etc. Good luck.

You can always show them a contract from the military saying your moving overseas. Thats an automatic right there.
