Calibrate Zeitronix?

Hey guys,

I have a zeitronix zt-2 and it is reading about a point or two lean. At idle it reads about 18-19. I tried searching and can't find a way to recalibrate the sensor. Anyone have any ideas? Is my sensor going bad (had it about 6 months)? And No, my car is not running that lean, the sensor is definitely off.

Thanks for your inputs!

Well the car is idling perfectly at 18-19 afr....and at WOT is about 12.5-13. While tuning the car according to the wideband, once the a/f were down to 11-11.5 the engine began having rich knock and a there was way too much fuel added. Like I said before, the sensor is definetly off and the car is tuned where it should be.

well I would talk to TTP (biggest Zeitronix vendor) or zeitronix. Both guys are very helpful and will help you take care of your problem.

Wideband O2 sensor by a design is most accurate at 14.7 AFR (Lambda 1). You should be seeing AFR around 14.7 at idle not 19 AFR. What is controlling idle (closed loop) mixture? Stock ECU with stock maps and stock O2 sensor? Where is the wideband O2 sensor placed? Does you car have a catalytic converter? Any exhaust leaks?
