Are you taking out the rubber trim pieces that meet with the glass on the rear window door frame or part of the body of the car? Ultimatly what are you doing? I had trouble replacing a window in the back door because I didnt realize the quarter windows comes out first. There is a screw on the top hidden in the rubber door seal that removes the quarter window bar. From there you can take out the bar and the small window and then the larger window. The door trim on the outside should just pull off after removing the window.

Yes those are the pieces I am talking about. The ones on the outter where the window and door meets. I am looking for the rear/driver if anyone is selling it!!! ty.

Also, Do I have to remove both the windows? just to remove and replace that trim?? It got messed up, that's why. I will try and give it a shot and see how it goes when there is light outside again =). Thanks ^^^^^^

You might not have to remove the mail window but I bet you have to remove the bar because it goes through the piece you want to replace - If I'm understanding you correctly. The bar has a screw on top and a bolt on the bottom. The bolt is accessed by taking off the interior door panel and the screw is accessed via a semi hidden screw inside of the door's weather stripping directly above the bar (top of door outside of window frame). Peel the rubber genty aside and you'll see the screw.
