I would recommend also looking into signing up at Evo message forums that are area-specific, as there might be some bumpers for sale within driving distance of where you live. It's funny you mention this, I post at SoCalEvo.net and someone is selling their GG IX bumper for $300 in great condition. I think one guy who really wants it is willing to sell his IX SE bumper/lip if he gets it (not sure why he wants to swap, though he said he would go more into detail if he gets the bumper on sale). You never know, while some of the local forums usually expect local pickup, sometimes they're willing to ship. Might as well take a look, just so you know what to expect:

Just to add, most people on EvoM are very willing to help you out, granted you at least try to search for your answer rather than asking for it every time. However, you'll need to develop thick skin, as there are a lot of people on the board--ranging from teenagers without licenses to older folks with families of their own--who are on some sort of high horse and think they know everything while being completely irrational. I've been on this forum for a bit over four years, and I still run into interesting characters, so expect it. Other than that, you'll get all the help you need on this forum... assuming the questions you ask aren't too stupid

gimmie a call when you get out and about it would be nice to ride around with another evo owner.

 

I bought the s2000 in 03 with only 315 miles on it. It was a 2003 and I drove it for 4 years and put over 52000 miles on it. I just finally decided I needed something bigger and that had more space. I test drove an evo a few months ago and I was hooked. I knew that I didn't want any other car. And, I am into the car scene quite a bit as I am always going to different tracks and watching prostar and superstreet events.

 

OH and i really need some tails so ill buy your old ones.

i have a brand new apr gt front bumper for sale not painted or anything.
looks like the evo 9 front bumper with a lip molded on it. i am wanting 500 for it picked up. here is a crappy pic.
