over time without a filter the dirt in the air will build up in your engine and lessen the life of it i mean if you think its alright go for it thats just a peice of my mind, if you want you can just prop open the air box and put the clips under so that way you haev a filter and a open box.

I heard you can get about 50 HP if you go to pep boys and get an APC banner for your windshield.

Best bang for the buck (bolt on mods) would be a header, hands down.

 

1. That APC reply was the funniest thing I've seen in a while. How sick are you of seeing ****ty cars like dodge neons, with no mods, just an APC sticker and some euro taillights!!!??

2. No offense, but running your car without an airfilter is probably the dumbest idea I've ever heard of. Anybody that does it for a year without any problems, has never driven outside!!!!!. Even a mosquito can F&*% up your engine!, not to mention, water, dust, and everything else possible!!
