Hmm... maybe my idle is messed up then. When its completely warm it will idle right at 900. I really hope it doesn't have cams lol, that means I really need to work on my driving.

Guess something is wrong with my car then... but you are tuned right? Could the idle rpm be changed because of the tune?

I have HKS cams and I think it actually has HKS written somewhere on the cam. I'd say other brands of cams also would have it written on the cam. a lopey idle is also clue that there is aftermarket cams. idles like a v8 almost

lol it does run like a raped ape. With a catback only I dynoed 249 though... which I though was pretty normal? Can someone throw up a pic of the stock cams so I can get to the bottom of this? I really hope I don't have cams lol. I trapped at 104-106 last time I was at the track with a TBE, no tune. That doesn't sound like cam'd top end does it? 60's were 1.9ish

249 then you are not cammed my friend, i would imagine even untuned you would see some power gains with aftermarket cams

taking the valve cover off would answer your question rather promptly. most, if not all, aftermarket cams have their named stamped into them.
