I have an VIII with TBE (turbo back exhaust) a manual boost controller (aka MBC) fuel pump (which you probably won't need being a IX) and a tune and I put down 288 whp and 291wtq. So with the same mods, TBE, MBC and a tune you should be able to break 300 whp and be completely streetable no problem. Happy hunting
Most, if not all MRs you are going to find are going to be the Apex Silver or Graphite Gray.

You can get a X and add a "I" to the left thats as new as you can get.
