Ended up getting a new set of Falkens last night Ziex ZE-512

 

how much did the ziex run you? Hey if you need help with the boost install go to rmevo and I'm sure one of the Rocky Mtn guys can help you out with it.

 

I'll check it out. In regards to the gauges already installed, there's a Voltmeter, Temp and I think it's an Intake Pressure Gauge, but I'm not really sure. As far as the Temp gauge is that for the exhaust?

The falkens weren't cheap, something like $700 for everything.... at Discount Tire. The old tyres only had 3/32 left, they were almost illegal. These new tyres make the car run like a champ, really a night and day difference in handling.

Now I gots to get her aligned, and I'll be set for a while.

PS: I cleaned the Air Filter and MAF sensor the other night and it was unbelievably filthy, the car now idles much better than before once I cleaner her out.

guess I didn't do a good job maitaining it . Tires looked like it had more tread I thought it had another season. Truthfully I didn't think I put more than 8K when I purchased them, thought maybe I could get another season out of them.

 

No problem bro. I'm just a car nut, I'll never stop maintaining that car. It's an addiction of mine. If you can clean it or replace it I'm gonna do it.

Clutch just started slipping today. Ahhh what a f-ing pain. Looks like another $500 for the install. I'm gonna be broke...

 

Owning an Evo is definately high maintenance man. Sorry to hear the clutch went out.

Thanks guys for the welcome it's appreciated. Just got my ACT Street Clutch installed yesterday and the day before I got a new set of Falken Tyres. On to the brakes here shortly and she'll be in perfect running condition.
