I would just buy more of those if you broke them off. Those are the best to hold it because when putting them on all you have to do is push them in it makes it really easy.

Suggestion: Don't replace the clips, replace the undercover.

Iv had mine off for a month with nothing negative to say. I have an MR and the OEM gauge oil temp transmitter wire kinda dangled a little when I took it off so I tied that up (actually I removed it last oil change), no problems. I am going to get a beatrush though I think.

If you remove it you will lose a mile-per-gallon probably, but shouldnt be any side effects unless you hit a pothole or something, or rocks, or tire debris....

you can leave it off if you just DD the car, its main purpose is to keep the air flow smoothly under the car, and it helps to cools the brakes.

I'm leaving it on but a couple broke when I took it off for the 02 housing instal, I'll probly just get some of those clips for speakers and use normal screws, I f***in hate those plastic pieces of S***.

Undetray reduces turbulance, increases mph-traction on road race tracks. I have used " speed nuts " to connect undertray to the front facia. Stainless bolts and speed nuts make removing the undertray a simple matter. I would not remove the tray as Mitsubishi engineers made this sucker for a reason. Air flow...
