Help with turbo upgrade

Keeping the stock block, upgrading the valve train and using as a daily. What would be the better of the upgrades? FP Green, 50 trim, 30R? WA state has 92 octane.

I didn't want to start a new thread, but I was looking at the 50trim or the or the 20g-9lt turbo from BR. I'm looking at getting into the 400-500(or close) whp. I'm only going to do the top end of (cams, etc.) stock bottom end, and possibly keeping my ECU (reflashed).
