What is a good upgrade for the 09 RA from the original TD04-15T-7?

cheapest is a CBRD RAD Lite

cheapest with most room to grow is an OEM Evo X turbo swap (actually have one FS if interested )

Looking back at it I should have done the swap with the Evo x, but I already upgraded the downpipe and the high flow cat so no point in swapping it again to the Evo x. The CBRD RAD I attempted to look it up but could tell if it is a direct bolt on?

RAD is a direct TD04 bolt-on, yes

the HFC is compatible between Evo and RA, just the DP isn't

if you decide to go with an X swap, all you'd have to sacrifice is the DP. I don't think that's a huge loss

Real difference in gains between RAD and EvoX? Is it really that much?

Im wondering about this myself. Right now I was able to aquire a low milage (under 500 miles) evo x turbo but slowly trying to get my parts together. Havent done anything to my car yet but trying to get as close to 400whp and 350-375wtq.

That question is best answered by you answering this question:

How far do you want to go?

With the EvoX turbo swap, after you've max'ed the EvoX turbo, you then have all of the turbo options available to EvoX's for your next turbo upgrade.

With the RAD turbo, you're pretty much done. But that's not necessarily a bad thing, if you don't plan on going out searching for 600hp.
