Just called the dealer here in Ohio:

Just Key: 54
Just Keyless: 110.07
Just Progamming: 44
Key + Programming: 98
Key + Keyless + Programming: 208.07

If you get the key and keyless entry or one or the other the programming price is still 44. They also said that the car had to be present to do the programming.

What do you mean need two key to program? Are you saying I would need my current key to program the new key? By the way, does the owner's manual show you how to do the programming?

Wickdaddy,

Thanks for going above and beyond. I also called a dealer and they wanted $70. I guess that includes the programming.

Here is the programming right out of the manual. Sorry about the bad scan. Wish I had a pdf of the manual.. only have the 06 evo service manual in pdf and did not see it in there like it is in the below diagram: and yes, it looks like you need 2 good working keys to program up to 6 others..

Thanks alot. Guess there's no way for me to do the programming myself since I only have 1 key. Gotta pay a visit to the stealership!
