Just wondering how much HP and TQ i would make with the mods in my SIG and 264 cams?

 

lets see on an 8 35 hp 40 tq could be wrong
maybe more hp

 

you will see about 25-30whp on an VIII after a tune.

 

25 30 thats a lil low that what a 9 sees my friend got 280s and saw 45hp on a 05

 

i got about 28 hp from my 264 hks

 

how much tq

 

im hoping over 25 at least so i can get at least to 350

 

there is only one way to find out since every car responds differently to mods. and a lot depends on the tune (if you want safe tune or you want to lean it out).

 

I thought the IX responded better?

 

no they dont the 8's see more hp

ok sounds good im trying to really target a reasonable number from the cams but 20-30 sounds good to me!

 

Hmmm... I would be happy to get 30 out of my yet to be installed 272s so this should be good!

 

Go w/ some GSC S1's, you will see more than w/ these hks 264 and you wont be disappointed. There is dyno info on the hks vs. s1's on evom. Unless you are buying these 264's used and for a good price, I would recommend the s1's.

 

i did some research but I seen some up's (make more power) and down's, imma keep my stock turbo for a while and i mean a while. Also i wanted to beat on the car and keep the car reliable. Let me your know your numbers on the 272 DyScks!
