I havent seen this answered anywhere but I figure its a pretty noobish question. I put a boost controller on and I am wondering what kind of boost level is safe with no fuel mods? I have a full 3" exhaust and a dejon tool MBC. Thats pretty much it so far for engine mods. Right now I am running 1.4 BAR (20.3 psi) and I am wondering if that is safe? What is the maximum that I should be able to run safely? Thanks....

Thats good info thanks. I am asking more is the stock fuel system capable of supporting 20-21psi of boost? Or should I keep it around 19?

What would the upper limit of the stock fuel system be with bolt ons... maybe 23 psi?

If I were you I would put the Walbro 255lph in your tank, it is only about $90.00 with the evo kit.

With my own tuning i seem to run out of fuel when i went past 22psi on a completely stock fuel system. I'm shooting for 11.1 AFR here so its perhaps a little richer than some people

The stock IX fuel pump is better than the VIII's.

You should be able to run 23 psi and still be able to run AFR's of around 11.2-11.5 safely.

I run a little over 20 psi @ 7000+ RPM at 11.2:1 with ~95% IDC. Can you do it, yes .. is it really safe? Probably not.

A Walboro pump is a great investment.
