Hello there Evo peeps...
The name is Edvin and new to EVO or anything that is Mitsu... First JDM car I got was a 2008 Nissan 350z. As of right now looks like on March 11th we will go our separate ways as I will sell my 350z to my friend and get my self a base base lancer, I think the MSRP on that thing was 14grand and some change.
Right now me being in College and working on my degree I wish to work less, and study more for a better tomorrow. But when I went to the dealer ship I saw the new EVO and I must say I was shocked the car looks great.
The funny story is I used to own nothing buy BMW's;therefore, my cars were in order 1st car 2000 BMW 328i, 2nd 2003BMW325ci,3rd BMW 2006 BMW M3 ZCP all but the M3 were traded in. Sadly due to a drunk driver the M3 was totaled. Soon after I made a stupid move and bought a 2nd hand BMW Z4 2.5 5 speed, and I can't say I enjoyed the sluggish response or zero grunt due to the 2.5 MS54 motor and soft suspension; the M3 must have spoiled me lol
Well fast forward a 6 months or so and I started to get board waiting for the new M3 and wanted a quick fix, moved to Florida from Chicago and saw a TON and I mean TON of 350Z's running around. So I bought a black/black 6 speed 2008 350z with the new HR motor. Great car a blast to drive just like my M3 was if not more considering it was soooo much cheaper to buy. But id rather use the money on my school bills and living expenses as now I no longer live with mom and and dad and pay for everything my self lol.
So to sum this amazing run on introduction up, I plan on getting my EVO 2-3 years down the road as Pharmacy school is near completion as for right now I asked for a automatic Lancer with ZERO options lol..... I hate to shift in such slow cars a automatic will just do fine. Also not intending to mod the Lancer whats so ever, as I will use that for A to B car the EVO will be a different story, I get to drive one tomorrow and can't wait.
That is the current car, trying to find some older photos.

I traded my 06 350Z in on my Evo. I liked the Z but I couldn't stand the blind spots in it and it was just too small to take on any sort of long trip. ( I enjoy the trunk in the Evo.) Welcome here.
