Well the nine BOV certain holds it's own upto about 26 psi. Then you would need an upgrade. If I were you I would put that money towards a TBE.

The TBE is better for now. The IX diverter valve will not net you any power gains. Your VIII valve should hold up for a while. Just keep an eye out for a good deal on a used IX valve in the For Sale section in the meantime. You should be able to find a used on pretty cheap.

good to know a 9 bov hold up to 26psi. 300 put towards something that will net power and wait on that for quite some time.

Posting in the noob section doesn't count towards your post count. So...try again.

I don't think I would buy from someone who posted just to get something in the for sale section. As for the MR bov, I too think it would be a wise idea to wait til you get a few mods under your belt.

I think you guys just like to say whatever comes to your head first. I've been looking through all sections and I come up with threads that interest me. considering I have a ix I looked to see what info I could get out of this thread. found the psi the bov works till. then I lead another users post to the original question. damn. and I know some sections don't count. but don't know them by heart.

I am posting to get access to for sale section. I want to buy **** for the car at a discount. I do more searching for info than posting so for me to post 50 would take forever. I've been part of dsmtuner.com for years and maybe have 100 posts and have a good seller/buyer rating.

clear things up for you guys?

don't know if you were kidding so..........

bov vents excess boost back to intake or to atmosphere, maf sensor meters air coming in.
