I have a question. Why is it that you want an Evo? To destroy these "tuner" cars out on the streets?

If you want things like power windows then don't get the RS.

You could find a 2006 IX MR for about 25k if you shopped around. Thats what im getting goodluck to you

 

I have been staring at the computer for 11 hours, I cant read anymore either.

 

Make it a IX. Get an SE if you can or an MR. It seems to me that you just want a daily driver that is quick, rides good on the street an can handle the track and autocross every once in a while. The MR would be my pick because of the bettter suspension. It has power everything and the SSL is overpriced for what it is. MR has HID's and do you really want a sunroof and ok leather? The 6 speed is stouter than people would lead u to believe. If you aren't gonna beat on it all the time it should last u just fine.

 

What ever you decide get a 9, the problem with the MR trans is the driver. The trans is good but the weak link is 4th gear. good luck.
