Hey everyone! I just noticed this portion of the Forums. I guess this is where we introduce ourselves.

Hi, my name is Nicholas S. Niu and I'm currently a Biology Pre-Med student @ the University of Utah. I don't have any Lance Evolutions yet nor do I have any experience w/ them. I currently have a Wicked White Lancer Evolution X MR on order from my local dealership near my University. I do plan to mod this car slightly.

Car comes to about: $43,000 + Tax (Salesman's initial offer)

Does $43,000 sound right for this car?

I live pretty close to you and I was in Concord Mitsubishi a few months ago and that certainly wasn't too far off from what they were selling the new X's for. All of them had a $3,000 markup. I think out the door they would have about $42-43,000. Too much for me to spend, I'll wait a couple of years and see if they come down in price before I think about adding one to my collection.
