If i was to do it over again i would go with the ETS upper intercooler pipe kit ( i currently have the greddy uicp). as for the licp i got the nisei due to it having a bracket welded on so the licp stays firmly in place.

I like the buschur one I got but its the only one i ever had. First few pulls I blow off the coupler to the throttle body but after getting midevil with it it holds perfect. Requires the mini battery though so if thats not an option for ya you'll have to find some other kit.

Or you could just relocate the stock battery to the trunk.

There are lots of options out there and to be quite honest, none of the most popular are going to out perform the other. It is an aesthetic decision more than any other. I would decide on who you are going to work with in the future. Here is a picture of the ETS (short route) Intercooler Pipe Kit.

I agree with Nick that performance differences will be negligible if any between most kits, so the best idea is to choose the kit you like best for fitment, aesthetics, price and customer experience. All except price are definitely subjective topics

I have the Injen setup now and getting ready to change it to the Buschur UICP for better options as far as routing. I have a remote mount battery kit. (Batt in trunk). The problem with the Injen setup is the MAF pipe screws with the readings on the MAF sensor. Also the options on DV's is limited to something that is stock or stock like design. The Synchronic BOV won't fit. Also the HKS SSQV is a really tight fit but can be made to work. Hope this helps.
