Thoughts on this e-bay exhaust

E-Bay Link

Above is a link to an ebay auction for an exhaust setup for my evo. I asked the guy about the size of the exhaust and he said:

"...the
diameter of the opening is 2.75" on the inside, and 3.5" measuring from the
outside. "

I'm assuming this is roughly a 3" exhaust? I'm debating on whether or not to buy it, since it's only $100. Thanks for the advice guys.

I had this one for a short time, without the baffle it is LOUD. If that is what you are looking for this is the one for you.

I bought the "ebay exhaust" for my 95 Talon. It was cheap, stainless steel, came with all gaskets, clamps, bolts, nuts, etc and a silencer for the muffler. Sounds loud as all heck without the silencer, but great tone with it in. I think this is the same exhaust, just for the evo. I really want to just buy it, but I just ordered a bunch of new parts for the Talon, so I gotta wait.

just get resonators welded inline- my megan turboback is a tad louder than stock with two resonators.
