warranty

anyone worry about what mods will void their factory warranty? i've wondered if i were to drop an evo engine in my OZ, would it be under warranty because it's a stock part and would be installed by an authorized mitsubishi dealer.
i know some aftermarket parts are hard to detect and would not be a problem if the car went in for warranty repair.
i guess you could always remove the aftermarket part and put the stock one back on.
any thoughts?

the engie will fit size wise. wont fit, as is but if you had motor mounts custom fabricated. and the tranny is different

any mods you make can be removed, if you think the dealer would gives you a hard time about them
only other option is to get aftermarkets from the dealer

some dealers acctully sell some good ****

i'm just saying that if you modify it. you would probably want to have the dealer do it so warrany is not void
OR
get aftermarket and not tell the dealer (shhhhh!) you modified it by removing the mod if it's noticable. otherwise they might say, your engine blew because of your aftermarket turbo therfore you're out $3500 with a new car, car payments, and get drive it.
