as far as image goes. right click on your picture that you want.
-then find the option for copy image location.
-then come to this site and type[img]
-then paste the image location
-then finish with [/img] pretty simple

i work for the government at sikorsky aircraft building helicopters for the military. i inspect the gears that go into them. but as you can see i dont do too much work haha.
