Head gasket

I plan to change my cams soon. Do I really need a brand new head gasket and timing belt? I have about 7k miles.

Not for a cam change, unless you are upgrading the head studs. Timing belt for peace of mind.

If you take the head off then yes on the gasket.

should I change the head studs? what determines that? more hp or more psi? i don't plan to increase more boost than stock levels but i will be making around 350hp.

You should be fine at stock boost levels with the stock head studs.

some people say yes some say no. I would say you can wait on the head studs until your making more power. As for the belt you really should't need one with an 06 but I don't know how many miles you have and the hks/greddy belts really are not that expensive so I would say just change it anyway.

The head does not come off for headstuds, or cams install, nor does the timing belt come off the car.

When you want 30psi, then go for studs.
