If it "looks stock" then you'll be fine.

 

so does the turbo sx look stock, and ill have the radiator cover thing on to so i dont think they would see it up top

 

so would it be a good idea to do a tune after everything but an IC, then put the IC on and wen i get smogged, just take it off while i smog then put it back on, or just put one on that looks stock and see what hapends, or what is the best idea for having an fmic

Do what everyone (I) did. Just go to a friend's or a friend of a friend's shop and get it passed. I just went there and somehow the stickers just magically stuck on my windshield in like 10mins. Shhhh.com
