waiting for some extra cash for some new gauges and figuring out my mods plan so if im going to get anything else it can be tuned all at once so i dont have to pay for multiple tunes and i dont have to drive 80 miles north to rochester for multiple tunes

Welcome mike. I am also 18 and about to buy an evo. Like everyone else said, i would up the bost as soon as you get a boost gauge. Other than that, your on the right rode. Evom has helped me a lot and im sure you have already started reading! Again, welcome.
