so my friend says his stock k20 civic will beat my car, i have a evo ix, with LICP, intake, catback, downpipe, bc at 22 psi, and a tune, what do you guys think?

 

he will only give u a chase on the highway not a chance at the track

 

is anything done to the civic at all, i know my old Si was damn quick when it was stock, plus if its a motor swap he ways a bit less. take it to the track and find out

i dont think he has a chance but he wont give up on telling me hes faster, lol. he told me its just a hatch back civic with a motor swap, stock internals and stock ecu, if thats true then he only has 225 motor hp with the jdm motor and like 210 with the usdm motor

 

a k20 on a hatchback is pretty darn quick.... he'll get you at the start since is an N/A, but when you hit boost its over......

ive seen that and dont believe it, cause every vid with a k20 in it, the k20 wins, and every vid an evo starts the race the evo wins, oh boo whoo, i hate vids like that, i be you a kid with a pocket bike made a vid of beating an evo, but is it true, NO, and the back end didnt drop on the evo, it looked like he didnt even try or wasnt ready

 

and the cars behind them were staying in the same spot, they werent pulling away from them, hhahah k20s are bs

I wouldn't worry about that k20 if it's stock like he says it is. I had a lot of Honda fanboys swear they could take me out and I had no problem shutting em down. Some hatches are fast but they get to a point where they can't even keep the power to the ground on street tires.
