Is buying a 2003 EVO a bad idea?
i bought my 03 with 64,000 miles on it in 06. It now has 86,000 miles. I replaced the following
starter $120
IAC $540
All Belts around $1000
Battery $60
and that is about it besides all the fluid changes i do. All that was with labor from the mitsu dealer. I have after market parts but i won't count them. Because i did not have to have those replaced. I own the car now and payed 23,000 for it in 06.
I love this car its 4 doors with a big trunk and fast. And it is my DD right now and i don't plan on having it any other way for a while. In the next couple of years i will just have the engine rebuilt with a 2.0. I want to test this car to see just how far it can go. This car i plan on trying to keep for the rest of my life even if i get another car.
