Timing Belt, all associated pulleys, balance belt, water pump, some misc gaskets. There's quit a few things.
I have one of the pulleys needed BNIB. I'm trying to get rid of it, if you want it PM me, it'll save you a few $$.

Owner's manual says nothing about replacing the water pump.

Where are people getting this from?

when you change the timing belt it is easy to replace the water pump as well so most people do it at this time for peace of mind.

You have the just about do a whole timing belt job to get to the waterpump so while its out its a good idea to change it out. You can cheap out but if the waterpump goes you'll have to pay for another timing belt job to change the water pump.
