why not just buy an aftermarket one? They aren't that expensive and you'll get better flow.

what were you doing to get the ticket, and why back to stock, you should just have to pass smog in stuff, and have no CELs

Yea, what he said^^...that doesn't sound right that they would make you do that. Changing your IC pipes wont do anything. Your exhaust maybe.

Apparently what I was told from the cop, if it's aftermarket, it MUST have a carb sticker on it. I know some parts doesn't effect the emissions part, but eh.

This cop actually pulled me over twice, and wrote the same ticket within 2 months, but he didn't remember me nor did I didn't show him the previous ticket because by law i'm not suppose to be driving my car until I take it to the state ref shop. Anyways, he kept pointing to my HKS BOV, why?

Oh, aftermarket Apexi Intake..... do I need a carb sticker for that?

Cop said all aftermarket parts must have a carb sticker on it, but I always thought that Intakes didn't matter.

Yea, it may look bad on your part if you dont, but I probably would just show him. Then again, I wouldnt think he would notice a bov or IC pipes as illegal...Down here, the cops say "So, off the record, what's the fastest you've gotten it up to?"(as he hands you the ticket).
