Synchronic BOV...what is it?
I'm trying to educate myself on what this is and what that is in the world of the EVO and other turbo'd cars. I know what a BOV is and does...not to mention sounds. I've been using youtube to help with the education and visual process (awesome stuff out there) and came across this type of BOV: Synchronic
What is it? I watched a video that compared it to...I suppose a standard BOV and then to a Synchronic. The Synchronic BOV sound was smoother and much better. It didn't flutter at all.
Is the Synchronic BOV type the best to get on the EVO or something?
I did a search on these forums and it would seem that alot of EVO owners speak very highly of a Synchronic BOV.
So I suppose this is the one to buy??

the stock bolw off valve is good for 26 to 27psi so if your not running more boost then this it's a waste of money if you want it for sound then just get a cone filter with adapter from buschur racing.com for 75 buck and your turbo, and valve will sound awesome.remember a valve is for releasing pressure form the turbo housing so you don't get bearing failure but if you still want a blow off valve this one is one of the best for evo 9 no stalling or bogging issu'e just make sure you get it tunned after for added benfits expessialy with other bolton's could choice to swap form a neon to a real car.
