Evo 8 didn't come with red stitching only 06 SE.Nice car by the way.

Also yes the SE is the only Evo that comes with the red stitching Recaro's.

I have an MR SE, but I'm not in the interest of selling it anytime soon. My Evo MR is the newer special eddition which has the red stitching on the seats and all the other cool goodies with it. I put a lot of time and effort to get the mods together and it has finally paid off. To me, my car is priceless. If you want an MR SE like mine, then you better get ready to pay around $30 K. If you just want the 5 speed GSR SE version, then you may have to pay around $25-26 K. I can see why you may want the MR SE that I have...It is truly a special car. All the best!

I think that particular MR SE was going for about $32 k. It will be hard to find a used MR SE for sale, but I know that there are quite a few GSR SE's for sale. Even if you do find a used MR SE for sale, the price is still kind of high since it's a used car. How come you don't think of getting the brand new '08 Evo X GSR. You can probably negotiate your way down to the low $30's. Or if you want a X MR, then that's also an option, but the price is way to high for that version. Why don't you think about getting a new "base version" X GSR? If it were me, I would consider a new X GSR over a used IX MR SE. What do you think?
