You should gain gas mileage unless you're going WOT all the time.

I don't think you'll notice any difference personally. The tune will help but it really does depend 90% on how you drive.

i dont drive WOT all the time just the little races here and there. but besides that just to show off or something every now and then. but just driveing normal shifting around 4k rpms. and on the highway around 70 to 80 unless theres a race and no trafic then fast but dont worry about that. ill exept crappy mpg at those speeds

EDIT: and just cause i put mods on doesnt mean im gonna drive like an idiot. lol. but i still dont track my car or drag. i like the mods cause of what they do. and that it will make my car go faster when i need it or want it. personally i dont race unless other people start it and its something worth racing. if i no for a fact they have no chance then theres no point, but if its gonna be a close one then why not(and ill have the power when i need it) and i have a radar detector for those times, but i hardly race so i dont use it much

If you drive aggressively getting tuned will help your mpg significantly... If you baby your car the mpg won't be affected much with tuning. Parts that help airflow like intake & exhaust will raise your mpg slightly.

Cheers!

I have read about cars that have over 500whp and get 30mpg. The whole key is your driving style. I drive about the same way you do and get around 20mpg in the city and have once got 25mpg on the highway but that is driving between 80-85mph. I consider my boost gauge and afr gauge my best assets when trying to increase my mpg. BLUF = better gas mileage means less boost.

with cams you need upgraded valvetrain if you want to spin faster.
