shipped my trans to buschur n it got broke in shipping PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU KNOW WHERE THERE IS ONE FOR SALE, i kno this isnt the right place to post this but i cant post in the wtb section yet and dont the time to get my 50 posts due to work....

 

Didn't you have it insured? Make UPS or whoever buy you a new one...

 

ya i insured it for 2 grand but need a new one so dan can finish the build

 

sounds kind of fishy. Why would you just let a Delivery company like UPS break the goods that you shipped and just decide to buy another? Something doesn't add up.

 

well i dono how the insurance goes? do they cut u a check or what? they smashed my bellhousing

I'm honestly not sure. It's tough dealing with this type of crap but damn, that's way too expensive to let go. I feel your pain buddy.

Whats wrong with you? YOu think he requested that UPS break his Tranny housing? He shipped the tranny to bushur for the bushwaker whatever...in transit the threw it off the truck or it fell, got crushed by a fork lift, fell off a fork lift ...whatever. They contact customer and tell him, or buschur opens it to find it ...cracked. End of story.

i would call up ups and have them replace the part they broke. that b/s i work in a shipping department shipping out thousands of cameras a day and if ups destroyes something with insurance on it, they have to replace it. call them up man!

 

Turn around wont be quick. Definitely no resolution till working week starts

 

thats what insurance is for man , just call them up and explain the situation but i promise you it's gonna take some time
