A little help

well idk if this is a serious problem or what not, but ever since i got my IX from the dealer its been acting weird. Everytime i drive past 4000 rpm in any gear my car starts to get loud and starts jumping and black smoke comes out my muffler.

It doesnt happen always but happened a few times today and im getting annoyed
