2 weeks evo owner with worries from EU

Hi,

I'm 33 and I live in Switzerland a small country from Europe.
I owned a Ford Focus RS (European 4500 units limited edition turbo car) for 5 years but one day it was just not enough,
so 2 weeks ago I bought a used evo IX with around 18'000miles on it.

Here we have no drag strips nor race tracks because of a stupid (safety) law dating from 1954 ! but weirdly enough we do have a 2-3 drag-racing events each year, hill-climbing and a few rally races...like if hill-climbing on mountain roads was safer than track racing

My mother tongue isn't english so you may read some weird things and it may explain why I couldn't find answer for my problems if they already exist on this forum, I just didn't know what words to search.

Anyway the reason why I registered here is because I have worries about a few things on this car.
To be clear I am no car mechanic, I work in electronics but not really car oriented.
If my questions are not in the best part of the forum, I would be happy if you redirect me to the proper section.
Some think I'm worrying too much but I plan to put around 400Hp on this car so I want problems to be solved before pushing the engine too much.

Here's my car :

In Swiss they only sell a "ralliart" version which has BBS wheels, aluminium roof, big spoiler and 6speed manual.
It "looks" stock except a K&N replacement air filter.
I have no idea what was done to it by the previous owner, the used-cars garage where I bought it received it "as stock".
I checked what I could visually recirc valve, exhausts etc.. and everything looks untouched.

1) my biggest worry : rollercoaster-ish HP & TQ curve
The power and torque values aren't really important (metric units),
the problem is that the curves are completely unstable and go up and down a lot.
On the same dyno I have seen dozens of other curves from evo 6-7-8-9-10 and they all had your regular "flat" curves, except mine.

Could this be caused by "generic" chip-tuning or do you think it comes from something else ?
Here we have several companies that sell awful performance boost "packages", in reality ECU-tuning which aren't tailored to cars but made from a basic car and then blindly applied to other cars, the results are always horrible as you can guess. And that's definitely not what I'm going for.

2) less important : rpms going up again when changing gears ?
Is that supposed to be normal, the little rpm spikes when shifting ? When I press the clutch it's like the car is giving some gas by itself even tough I'm not touching the gas pedal at this time.

p.s.
here a few G-tech pro RR numbers I got from the only run I have made yet
(2 weeks behind the wheel ot the 1st AWD car of my life)
0-60mph 5.357
0-100 13.299
0-110 16.274
0-120 19.934
0-130 26.163
1/8 miles 8.932
1/4 miles 13.766

I'm assuming you have a FQ280 if you got the base model. If so, I would order a tactrix cable and figure out what stock ECU ROM you have and upload it. As far as the rpm rise issue, it sounds like your clutch is beginning to slip a bit. As as far as your English, honestly, it is better than half of the people on this forum so you have nothing to worry about and I would not have noticed if you didn't say anything.
