Gains from only a DP and TP?

What I'm planning on doing is just getting the megan DP along with a resonated TP and then just buying the ebay CBE.
i put a 3 inch downpipe and test pipe with a qtp cutout welded in and i love it! with it closed i can still tell a difference...it was a lower tone with boosting and helped a lil with spool....but with it open is a whole different story! it just screams when its open and i love it! i could definetly feel a power gain when it's open plus sounds sick! this is what i would suggest....open it up when racing and its nice and loud and close it and it's just as quite as stock (if you have a stock catback like me)
