welp i have been a "dsmer" for years and i think it's finally time to "upgrade" so i will be picking up my Evo next weekend so figured time to join the evolution

 

cool, I came from the conquest tsi to the dsm to the evo myself but I still have my Stealth TT and love the DSM's too. which model did you get, any plans for it yet?

 

had a stock 95 tsi had it for a while, sold it fully built, cammed, 60-1...fwd FTL

got a 97 awd tsi ..started modding it and then a lady ran a red light and now it's gone...

Im picking up a 03 Evo 8

Plans... tons of plans...a list a mile long with a pocket of cash way to small haha.. No i want to do like a fp red, alky inj, 272s,(supporting mods of course), tune, and call it a day

 

that would be a solid set up for an 8. also may need a clutch and a lowering suspension set-up. also don't drive with the stock 03 tails.

car im getting has the 9 tails(thank goodness) and a diff suspension....clutch is a no brainer once it starts slipping lol. sucks though cause its got 60k miles on it so gotta do timing belt BS right when i get it...oh well

GOOD LUCK with that!!!! it is never a day, you will get bored you will upgrade!!! and i know all about the pocket too small, but i always find a way to get my new round of upgrades

 

i know i just keep trying to tell myself that. When i get there we will see what happens
