Spark plug gapping Please help!

I lost my owners manual and I'm in the middle of changing my Lancers spark plugs what is the proper gap settings??????? its a 2002 ES lancer

I believe thats close. I think .039 - .044 is optimal.

Here's an idea...check the US Lancer plug install guide on this site!

Anyway, here's the info:
Spark plug gap: 1.0 1.1 mm (0.039 0.043 inch)

If you bought the plugs from the dealer, they'll be gapped already.

actually, .039-.043 is better than .044+. i've modded my MAS to its extent and solved a stutter problem by using .040. besides, .039-.043 is in the manual.
