which lowering springs to get?

I want to lower my 06 evo but im afraid the ride will get too bouncy. Im not trying to go really low, maybe and inch all around. what are some nice springs that still leave the nice stock ride?

espelir ASD (active super down) ESPELIR Active Super Down Springs provide a thorough lowering, typically a 30mm to 70mm drop that is paired with a spring rate increase of 20% to 30%. The ESPELIR Active Super Down Springs are the sports spring that makes your car look great with aftermarket wheels. The ride is kept comfortable

GTWorx/RCE or Swift.

In the future, I am personally going with Swift springs. I've heard/read nothing but great reviews on these springs, and they're actually one of the few springs that increase handling capabilities and ride comfort without sacrificing the life of the shocks.

The Swift springs are progressive springs and some say the initial spring rate is too soft. Never read anything though on Swift springs prematurely blowing out shocks.

The drop is perfect and the stance is SUPER sexy.

^ I had actually considered the Swifts for a long time, as they do have a "perfect drop" appearance, but it just seemed too low for me for daily driving and would require me to just barely roll over any dip or bump diagonally based on how it looked. For people who don't mind that, it's a great springs.

Personally, I ended up with the GTWorx springs because when he had posted on the forums about developing a spring for the Evo, a lot of us had input on its development. They used the Swifts as a benchmark and actually made the drop a tad more conservative. So the way it looks is almost like how it should've been from the factory... almost like a compromise between stock height and that perfect drop to the point where it doesn't look high but is definitely lower without being so low that you have to baby the car over any road imperfection.

I noticed you typed GTWorx/RCE.. Did they work together on developing the springs? I always got confused because people either stated GTWorx or RCE.

And by the way, how do you like the springs? Handling and ride comfort?

I'd have to say Swift. I have a set on my car and the drop is perfect for me and I don't lose handling. People love the feel when they ride in the car. Evo techs enjoy the ride after oil changes. I do have to watch certain dips or speed bumps but gotta take the bad with the good. In this case, the good out weighs the bad big time.

Espelir is good but ppl have reported back the drop to be more than the 80mm advertised
Gt Worx is the least drop with great ride characteristics

^ I think it's common knowledge by now that the S-Techs are not springs to buy for an Evo or any other car.

I second that-the drop was raked from rear to back and the price was right.

I got the GTWorx/RCE springs. I just got them last Friday, and getting an alignment tomorrow. Then I'll get to really test them out but it lowered my fronts like 20mm and the back 15mm, so not much, but said to increase performance a good amount.
