Use a rubber mallet and working around in inner edge of the rim give it a few good whacks. That should break it loose and wont damage anything.

Some wheels are so rusted on its extremely hard to kick it off unless you kick it from the inside which is unsafe. That is the reason why most people use hammers.

Happens at work sometimes to me. usually a good kick will do it, if not, I find the best thing to do is to get a large pry-bar. Use it against the inside of the rotor and pry on the outside of the rim. pops it free like nothin

Body slam it, sometimes the wheel and hub like to become one piece and you have to separate them with massive force.

You guys are making fun of him for not being able to remove the wheel without reading why he got a flat. Clearly if it bent the wheel it could've done much more damage to other parts. There's some spray stuff even better than WD-40, I forget what it's called right now, but it is used specifically for loosening bolts etc. You could try that. Also, look at the studs and make sure none of them look bent or broken. GL man. Another option is to just beat the **** out of the wheel since it is already broken...

PB Blaster.

And a sledge hammer against the tire never failed for me when they get stuck.
