What kind of car is this on? If it is an Evo 8 you shouldn't have to do anything special at all.

Yeah, kick it, wiggle it, make sure it's all the way off the ground etc etc. It should budge unless you have some weird aftermarket setup. All it is is the 5 lugs on the 5 studs.

How long did you drive on it while it was flat or really low pressure? You may have bent something...

You need a bigger hammer. There is nothing else holding the wheel on except the lugs. If you kicked it and it didn't move, kick it harder. If it's on pavement and you have a decent jack, lower the car with the lugs off and see if the weight of the car will pop it off.

Don't drop the car entirely down though as the wheel may come off and drop to the ground.

the wheel is aluminum so it shouldn't be rusted to the hub or rotor. if the wheel is trashed anyway, get something you can use to pry the rim off.

+1 Just keep on hitting it. It may take a good amount of force.

I had a couple of really difficult wheels on various cars. A sledgehammer never failed me. Of course you should inflate your tires and only hit the tire.
