You'll like the handling of the Evo but it's not close to the raw power of the Cobra especially the supercharged one you had; unless you go with a very large turbo, and even then it's not the same feel.

Nice Mystichrome; it's one of the rarest colors for the Cobra, if not the rarest next to Competition Orange.

I'm in central Jersey....The cobra was fully built. I had around $30k into it not counting the cost of the car. It was a monster! I am looking for a evo now, I just want something to have fun with....nothing crazy fast.

 

you didnt sell that white mustang to a young chick did you? also sick cobra. i was between cobra and evo...just picked up an evo a few weeks ago. what town are you from? i am also from central jersey (Tinton Falls)

The white one i did not sell...it was totaled 2-3 years ago. That was built also. And I'm from Edison.

 

ahh i see...you guys should come out to the Hazlet meet we hold every tuesday night. have either of you heard about it? well right now we arent meeting up but when it warms up we get a pretty huge turnout. We meet up at the mcdonalds on 35 in hazlet across from the pepboys

 

I've heard of the meet but have yet to attend.

Actually I get my gasoline exclusively close to the meet location (the Exxon on Rt. 35; the one next to the Jeep dealer).

Only gas station around me with individual pumps for regular, plus, and premium .

 

haha yup that's right there. you should def come out when it gets nicer out.

 

I've heard about too but never went....I never really like'd meet unless they were a spot for racing....the whole standing in the parking lot and just talkin bs doesn't do anything for me. I prob should start going so i can get to know some evo guys lol.

im in holmdel aberdeen area ive been to that meet once before when i had my yellow evo.. but i think they meet up at sears on 35 before if im not sure anyway welcome to the board
