sounds like an ok deal to me depending on the condition of the car. is this from a dealer? have you tried negotiating the price at all? also where in jersey are you located?

i would talk them down to 20,500... after taxes you should come around to 23,000... if the car is in really good condition then i would go for it! i used to have 2 civics... when i bought the evo, there was no comparison... i still get a smile everytime i open her up on the highway lol

Buy it, buy it, buy it, buy it!!!!! lol, thats what I told my husband. GO GET IT!!!!!!! He wanted an evo since 03 too, I used to see him looking at the evo in the internet all the time, so I just told him, why you just dont buy it that way you can go to the garage an actually see it, he bought it like two days after.
thats all I could say, lol, dont know anything else.

2005 VIII is a good choice for the money. If it has a sun roof look for dents at the back corners of the sunroof as I have seen several that got dents there due to body flex.

good luck
