haha there is a guy in my town with a accord and 14b turbo that did this....turbo'd his car and had no exhaust just the o2 housing! haha it was so loud you could really hear the turbo tho haha
IMO greddy ti if you can get your hands on one (or trust ti, believe they are still making them in Japan). This exhaust with O2 dump and a ti cat delete (my setup) is loud and low and sounds great.
well since i don't see it on here yet: i have a buscher dp with the magnaflow full ti and test pipe....i feel its louder than alot of other evos iv heard(in person) and def scares small children lol
The Greddy Ti sounds good, and you'll be like, that exhaust has a great tone!........but then you hear a 3" bushur with test pipe and bullet muffler, and you'll be like..

You can get the AMS Turndown pipe, I had a turndown pipe made for me by a local shop here in the Bay Area and that ****s was loud as hell can't believe I actually drove all the way to the track with it ended up not being able to run because it wasn't legal lol it had everyone stairing at my car like wtf is that lol. Now I just enjoy my Greddy Ti it's loud as well it sets off alarms but its managable for the power it makes and weight reduction it's a little give an take I wish I still had my Garage HRS quiet great design and made power.

The ets 3.5" is the only other exhaust I would put on my car if there was no such things as cops around.

Anyway, if you want a really loud exhaust just call up Buschur, ETS, etc. and order a 3" turboback with testpipe and no muffler. Or if you want to get insane, get the ETS 3.5". My friend has a muffler-less Buschur turboback with high-flow cat and it really isn't too annoying inside the car; he will soon be installing a testpipe in place of the cat though.
Why do you want such a loud car though? I don't see the point unless you're just trying to annoy others and attract [negative] attention towards yourself.
