take a look around there and you will find many threads you can learn from, different peoples experiences where they list their mods, timeslips, discussions about how to reach their time goals and what mods are required to get there- first page I found this for example:

How far can you go with E85 and 1000cc injectors? I know your fuel economy goes down the crapper because you're actually using a whole lot more E85 as compared to a full tank of 93, which is why it's necessary to step up to huge injectors, but at what point are you limited by the injectors' duty cycle with 1000cc using E85 (ballpark)?

I think you are going to run out of turbo if stock and pump if you are running a single Walbro. If you have dual pump, and bigger turbo, 1000cc is probably good up to 450-480whp on E85.

well, e85 is about 30%... so you would be at about 730 of a 1000cc injector... ive seen 420 on stock 9,8 turbo, with 1000cc injectors, single walboro and e85

Yeah man,I would use the search bar before you start asking questions like this. People are going to bash you because your not doing your homework,but to answer your question a full bolt-on EVO 9 can run high 11's. If your looking for lower then that you might want to look into going big turbo.Just my 2 cents,hope this helps.
