Just this past wednesday, I became the proud owner of a graphite 2006 Evolution IX. I used to have a decently modded eclipse GST. FWD, I know. I rode along in a friend's GSX as he raced someone, and from then on I knew I wanted an AWD car, and I finally have the one I wanted. I bought it locally with 34,000 miles on it. The only mods are a full buscher racing tbe, forge mbc, 30/25 boost gauge, and exedy twin-stage clutch.

My immediate plans are to get a 30/30 boost gauge, wideband o2 sensor/gauge, and hard intake and IC pipes. I was thinking of a dual port blow-off valve, something that can be heard fairly well but still recirculate, but I'm hearing more and more about how good the stock BOV is.

I don't really have any pics right now, but i should be getting some tomorrow.

one other thing, where are popular places to mount gauges? My boost gauge is on the steering column, but I cant think of a spot for the wideband and I'm not a big fan of the a-piller pods.

 

i put mine on my a-pillar on my old evo, and its not that bad. its eye level and a quick glance is like checking your mirror
