It should..stock two step is at 5000 rpm, but if there are modifications it may have been raised to 5500 rpm. Put the clutch pedal in, put it in first gear, and raise the rpms with a couple blips of the gas pedal.

Thanks im just debating right now.

Since my credit sucks, i have about 10k saved and there are two evos for sale:

1 Silver GSR - 21k
1 GG MR - 24k

I figured if i walk in with cash they both bump prices down, but the silver gsr has over 60k miles on it, whereas the MR has less then 24k miles on it. I was only asking about the 2005 model because there is one for sale on car max with only 13k miles on it but they are asking 26k and the car is bone stock.

more like a rev limiter as the boost is not building up like it does if you have a two step flashed into the ecu

The 2-step comes stock, it does not need to flashed in

The a re-flash will just raise it if you ask.
