Help

Hello,

I was having some fun in my new evo x gsr and did a rough recording of my 0-60. I did a rolling start because I didnt want to ruin the clutch. However, I got about high 6's to 60mph.

I shifted at 7000rpm.

Isnt the evo supposed to do 0-60 in 4.9 seconds?

Is this normal?

Thanks

are you a heavy guy that will slow you down. actually its normal dude. shift sooner and better. the times are with experienced light wieght drivers. work on your skills and maybe lose wieght(maybe not) and you will get closer. you might have to sacrifice a clutch. i did lol. fuel and conditions affect it also.

idk if the evo x's have the 2 step but if they do, the 0-60 times u have seen are with the 2-step not a roll, im pretty sure you could shave a 1.1 second off using the 2-step.

Another thing to remember is that Evo's are so quick in 1/4 and 0-60 because of their ability to launch at high rpm without spinning their tires. Not saying you should launch your car (that's up to you), but you will probably not be able to see your car's full potential at a rolling start.
